OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Flu, ear infections, stomach viruses, colds. There’s so much sickness now. What symptoms mean your child should stay home from school or day care? Pediatricians say they include a fever of 101 degrees or higher, severe coughing or difficulty breathing and severe diarrhea.
