Ribs:
- Mustard – to rub on the ribs to hold the seasoning
- 1 cup Even parts of the following seasoning
- Black Pepper
- Cayenne
- Dry Mustard
- Onion Powder
- Sugar
- Garlic Powder
Coleslaw:
- 1 lb of chopped/diced cabbage
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1/2 oz celery seed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Pint Mayo
