Your fall allergy survival guide

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Fall is officially here.  And if you suffer from allergies that cause you to  sneeze, cough or just feel miserable — you likely will soon.

Kansas City ranks 38th out of the top 100 cities on the 2013 Fall Allergy Capitals Report.  It’s an annual report released by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of American that ranks the most challenging cities to live in if you have allergies.

FOX 4 News reported last week that the number one city for allergies was Wichita, Kansas.

So what can we do to make allergy season as tolerable as possible?  Dr. Chuck Siegel, an allergist with Allergy and Asthma Specialists of Kansas City, appeared on Tuesday’s FOX 4 Morning Show to talk about how you  can survive fall allergies.
