Protein Pancakes
Serves 4
All you need:
- ¼ cup protein powder
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
All you do:
- Mix together all ingredients until a batter consistency is formed.
- Heat a skillet to medium-high heat.
- Drop about 1/8 cup of batter onto heated skillet. When batter starts to bubble, flip and cook until browned on both sides.
- Serve warm with fresh fruit.
