KANSAS CITY, Mo. — More than 60 babies and toddlers hit the streets in Westport on Friday decked out in their cutest St. Paddy’s apparel. The St. Luke’s Child Care Center held its own St. Patrick’s Parade with some of Kansas City’s most adorable kids.
Some strolled down the sidewalk in wagons, others in cribs. Those who could, walked.
