KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Every year, the Kansas City Trolley Run winds through Waldo, Brookside and The Plaza, and everyone who participates helps the Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired. Friday morning, FOX 4 was joined by three race participants who all have a special story about their visual impairments.
