SHAWNEE, Kan. – A fatal accident occurred at a FedEx facility in Johnson County on Tuesday.
At approximately 8 a.m. Shawnee police were dispatched to a FedEx facility located at 8000 Cole Parkway, where they discovered a man lying on the pavement.
Police said the man had fallen out of a golf cart and was critically injured. The man was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police were stilling investigating the incident on Tuesday afternoon. The name of the victim has not been released.
