LAKE LOTAWANA, Mo. — Police are looking for a man with discernible pock scars on his face and a very large scar that runs from his brow to his chin, who tried to abduct and sexually assault a female whose car had broken down on Langsford Road near 7 Highway two weeks ago.
The suspect was driving a non-descript, full size white work van with very bright headlights and possibly a ladder rack on top the evening of Wednesday, May 7, at about 11:00 p.m.
The victim’s car became disabled on Langsford Road, approximately 200 feet west of MO 7 Highway, according to police.
The suspect is white, approximately 35 to 50 years old, 5’11”.
He was further described as having wide shoulders, collar-length, dark well-groomed hair.
