HOUSTON — When shopping at the grocery store women don’t expect anyone to slip a cell phone up their dress and take pictures. But that’s exactly what happened to a Houston mother shopping for barbecue items.
According to KHOU.com, the woman — who only wanted to give her first name — said she felt something bump her leg. She looked down and saw a man, a cell phone and a picture of her on his screen.
“It’s this man with these glasses looking like a deer in a headlight and he’s just caught red handed,” Brittany told KHOU.
She started yelling. “Pervert! Security! Get him!” She also chased him through the store.
With the help of others Brittany cornered the man in the canned food aisle. She said she was so angry she grabbed tuna cans.
“I’m going to hit him as hard as I can with as many cans of tuna as possible,” she said.
Police arrived and the man was arrested. Rigoberto German-Ramirez, 34, has since been charged with improper photography after store surveillance showed him following her through the store before holding his phone under Brittany’s dress.
