WESTWOOD, Kan. — Police in Westwood and Kansas City, Missouri, are investigating after a motorcyclist said that someone fired shots at him, leading to a crash early Monday morning.
According to police, the motorcycle rider was injured in the crash following the alleged incident along State Line Road around 5:00 a.m. on Monday morning. Police say that the motorcyclist fired back at the person who shot at him, but nobody was actually struck by gunfire.
The name of the motorcyclist has not been released. The incident remains under investigation.
