New Game Show on FOX 4: Celebrity Name Game

It’s a game you probably play often, but now players can win money.

Celebrity Name Game, hosted by Emmy-nominated Craig Ferguson, debuts on FOX 4 at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.

FOX 4’s Kim Byrnes talked to Ferguson via satellite about what to expect from the show.

But first things first: The Scottish-born Ferguson told her he’s been to Kansas City and even eaten our amazing BBQ.

“I’m very excited about this show premiering today, very excited, particularly in Kansas City where I’ve had the best food of my life,” Ferguson said.

Kim asked him, “What did you have?”

“Meat!” he exclaimed and then remembered where he ate.

“It’s almost like you guys have cows nearby,” he said.

The show is based on the board game “Identity Crisis” and is produced by Courtney Cox and David Arquette Coquette Productions.  The game involves two teams that attempt to identify celebrities and fictional characters. The teams include non-celebrities and celebrities.
