Missouri Man Pleads Guilty to Littering After Streaking Cardinals Game

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — A Jefferson City man pleaded guilty on Wednesday to two charges of littering after taking a nude jaunt across the diamond during a St. Louis Cardinals game in May.

According to KTVI-TV FOX 2 in St. Louis, attorneys for Collin Grundstrom, 22, entered in guilty pleas on his behalf in a St. Louis courtroom on Wednesday. Grundstrum will pay $400 in fines.

Grundstrom jumped from the stands and streaked the May 24th game between the Cardinals and the Philadelphia Phillies at Busch Stadium, reportedly after losing a bet.

“We don`t take it lightly, it is never a joke for us it is very serious and the consequences are real,” said Joe Abernathy, Cardinals Vice President of Operations, in an interview with KTVI in May.
