OTTAWA, Kan. — An Ottawa man who discovered the body of Kaylie Baylie, 21, one of four people killed in May in rural Ottawa, is now facing charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Corey Schlotzhauer, 26, was in Franklin County Court on Monday.
He faces three felony charges of aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated burglary related to entering the child’s home with intent to commit a crime, according to court documents. Police say that in March, Schlotzhauer had sex with the child, born in 1998.
Kyle Flack, 27, is charged with killing the four and also appeared in court in Franklin County on Monday for a status hearing to learn the scheduling process in his case.
