MISSION, Kan. – According to police the Target store in Mission was evacuated at about 2:00 p.m. Saturday after a bomb threat was phoned into the store.
Police said Target’s corporate office decided to have people evacuate. Police say the Olathe bomb squad was also on the scene. As of 4:00 p.m., Mission police said people had not yet been allowed back into the store, however around 4:30 p.m. the all clear was given, and both employee and customers were allowed back into the store.
