KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl who is believed to have run away.
Ashley Wilkes was last seen in the 1300 block of Independence Ave., Wednesday morning. Police are asking anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816.474.TIPS or the Crimes Against Children Unit at 816.234.5150.
