Several downtown streets affected by Championship activities, Big 12 Fun Run

KANSAS CITY, Mo.—Wednesday, March 12 through Saturday, March 15, Kansas City’s Power and Light District and the Sprint Center will welcome thousands of basketball fans as the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s’ Basketball Championship returns to downtown Kansas City for an unprecedented 13th time.

Please note due to fan fests and other Championship activities the following streets will be closed:

In addition to the regular Championship related activities, on Saturday, March 15, Kansas City’s Big 12 5K Fun Run and Family Stroll will start at 10 a.m. and last until the conclusion of the race. As a result of this event, the following streets will be closed at roughly 11:30 a.m.:
