JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. — An investigation dating back to the end of October has resulted in a series of charges against a 26-year-old Shawnee woman. The Johnson County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against Meghen Arnold on Tuesday, including DUI aggravated battery, for an injury accident that happened on October 25.

According to court documents, Arnold left the scene of an accident in Shawnee that left a woman seriously injured. A criminal complaint states her blood alcohol level was in excess of .08 at the time or within three hours of the accident.
