Sister of missing Mo., girl sentenced in elaborate sex trafficking case

ST. CHARLES, Mo. — A St. Charles County, Mo., judge sentenced a 24-year-old Missouri woman to eight years in prison for selling two high school girls for sex.

FOX 2 Now reports Tiffany Piper, 24, admitted to trafficking two suburban high school girls in June of 2012. Piper said she placed ads online, inviting men to have sex with teenage girls for a price. FOX 2 Now reports her sex trade business was elaborate and lucrative.

In a haunting twist, Tiffany is the sister of Bianca Piper, a Missouri girl missing since 2005. At the time of her disappearance, Bianca was 13. In a tragic coincidence, after Bianca vanished, ‘something happened to Tiffany,’ FOX 2 Now reports. Sex ads started popping up online. Someone was trafficking Tiffany for sex.

St. Charles County Prosecutor Tim Lohmar said at some point Tiffany turned from victim to perpetrator. Lohmar said he doesn’t know who first trafficked Tiffany because she won’t say.

After hearing her sentence, Tiffany reportedly turned around and mouth “I love you” to her mother and grandmother.
