Stroke Patients Aren’t Taking Ambulance

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A stroke is a medical emergency.  The sooner you get treatment, the less likely you are to have permanent paralysis or other trouble.

Yet FOX 4 Medical Reporter Meryl Lin McKean says many people who are having strokes aren’t using an ambulance to get to the hospital.
