The men are accused of beating and shooting 14-year-old Alexis Kane.

Kane’s body was found at the Bay Water Park in South Kansas City.

The Jackson County prosecutor said Alexis Kane met the men on Facebook.

All three men pleaded not-guilty and waived the reading of the indictment.

Some of Kane’s family members want prosecutors to seek the death penalty against the three suspects.

The family of Alexis Kane and Isaac Carter got into a brawl in the hallway of the court, according to FOX 4’s Shannon O’Brien.

The courtroom was locked and extra Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies had to help control the incident. Both families were escorted out of the courthouse and to their cars.
