INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — Police are looking for tips after a woman was carjacked over the weekend.
The woman had been sitting in her 2014 Dodge Charger at North Westwood and North Rogers in Independence. When a man with a semi-automatic handgun ordered her out of the car and stole it.
A second person followed in a black sedan.
Police later located the stolen car at 67th and Paseo.
