NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — A driver who was rescued from the mangled cab of her tractor-trailer while it dangled from the Monitor-Merrimac Bridge Tunnel between Newport News and Suffolk, Va. has been charged in the wreck. Onlookers watched as crews plucked from the cab that had previously caught fire.
