Woodyard Red Skinned Potato Salad
1 lb. Red Skinned Potatoes (Rough Dice)
2 Hard Boiled Eggs (Rough Dice)
2 Slices of Smoked Bacon (Diced)
1/4 Green Onion (Chopped)
1/4 Cup of Mayo
Tsp. of Dijon
Sea Salt to taste
Pepper to Taste
Boil Potatoes chill combine other ingredients and mix.

Chicken Jumbo Wing
Chicken Leg
Dust with Woodyard Rub:
Lemon Pepper
Tumeric
Garlic
Cayenne
Sea Salt

Marinate over night in Louisiana Hot Sauce
Cook wings on smoker 1-1.5 hours at 300-325
Cook legs on smoker 1.5-2 hours at 300-325
