PLATTE WOODS, Mo. — A woman who goes where she’s needed in her van equipped to groom dogs is headed to Miami to pick up some puppies from Puerto Rico.
It’s Kathy Plant’s heart and dedication to dogs in need that made Bobbie Huke want to nominate her for the FOX 4 Pay-It-Forward award.
