KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kristen w/Great Plains SPCA introduced viewers to Ally. She was rescued from an animal hoarder who surrendered 22 dogs earlier this week. She is not quite ready for adoption, but will be soon.
In honor of the 22 animals surrendered by the hoarder, there is an adoption special at the shelter this weekened.
