Ricky McPheron, Mike “Goob” Comer and Bobby Johnson of The Stack BBQ were here with more on their special rib seasoning and coleslaw. They like to use mustard on their ribs to make sure all the dry rubs stay on there!

Ribs:
- Mustard – to rub on the ribs to hold the seasoning
- 1 cup Even parts of the following seasoning
- Black Pepper
- Cayenne
- Dry Mustard
- Onion Powder
- Sugar
- Garlic Powder
Coleslaw:
- 1 lb of chopped/diced cabbage
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1/2 oz celery seed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Pint Mayo
