Two Kansas men could face federal hate crime charges after an alleged fire attack on an African-American man in Council Grove, just south of Topeka.

Isaac Wilson, 23, and a yet-unnamed second suspect are accused of breaking into the home of Sterling Law, dousing him with alcohol and setting him on fire.

Investigators say that more arrests in the case are possible.
