KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An Oak Park High School teacher is on administrative leave after it was reported he used a private, locked Twitter account to communicate with students. North Kansas City School District officials said all communication between teachers and students must be open to parents and administrators.
School district officials said they are investigating to see if any lines were cross in his communication with students.
