NEW YORK — Due to start rehab on May 2, Lindsay Lohan made an appearance — not in court, but on the Late Show with David Letterman recently. The late night talk show host peppered her with questions about her numerous court appearances and stints in rehab that visibly made her uncomfortable — but she eventually answered.
