KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A federal judge agrees  with an assistant United States attorney calling 40-year-old Joel White a “dangerous man,” ruling to keep him detailed  in federal custody. White is accused of secretly videotaping pre-teen girls in the nude at his home; some of the victims were members of his soccer teams and even friends of White’s 12 year-old daughter.

White’s mother and sister were in court today but did not comment on the ruling. There were also family members of the victims in court.

This is not the first time White has been accused of this type of activity. In 2007, White was charged with trying to secretly videotape a woman inside a tanning salon which was later amended to trespassing. Three protection orders were also filed against White in the past, However all charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence.
