KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Water burst out of a large underground pipe in the area of 46th and Indiana Thursday morning, causing the road to buckle and closing off traffic there until crews could repair it.
After the water was shut off, a large pothole remained.
One driver’s car tire got stuck in the pothole and had to be towed out.
