HAMILTON, Ken. — A Kentucky man has been indicted by a grand jury on a charge of public indecency after having sex with a pool float. Edwin Tobergta was previously convicted of public indecency two years ago for the same thing, WLWT-TV said.

On June 15, Tobergta “stepped out his back door, naked, and was having sexual relations with a rubber pool float,” according to a police report cited by the TV station.

Children saw his genitals and “his actions with the float,” the report said.

In 2011, a similar incident happened with a neighbor’s pool float. Another woman claimed he did the same thing with an inflatable pumpkin in 2002.

Tobergta is being held in jail on a $25,000 bond.
