SHAWNEE, Kan. — A Kansas woman has been charged with stalking a Shawnee, Kan., police officer.
The Johnson County District Attorney charged Carla Jean Smallwood with stalking officer Steve Griffith. Court documents indicate Smallwood has a prior stalking conviction.
The court has ordered Smallwood undergo a mental health evaluation before being released from jail.
