KANSAS CITY, Kan. — It’s been three weeks and grieving family members and friends are still asking a lot of painful questions. They want to know who killed 22-year-old Latisha Hare, and why? FOX 4’s Robert Townsend spoke with the victim’s family and friends Friday outside a vacant house near Kansas Avenue and 14th Street. That is where firefighters discovered Hare’s badly burned body, after extinguishing a small fire.
