KANSAS CITY, Mo. — For the last year, many criminals have made more than headlines in local papers. The weekly newspaper, The Slammer publishes mugshots for everything from misdemeanors to crimes with malice.
FOX 4’s Mitch Weber discovered some law enforcement agencies in Jackson County have their reasons for not working with the paper.
