KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police were on the scene of a deadly accident involving a motorcycle on Sunday night.

The accident happened near Manchester and Gregory Boulevard in southeast Kansas City. Investigators say the motorcycle was going eastbound on Gregory, and a Toyota Camry was going westbound and turned left. The two collided. Witnesses told police the motorcyclist was driving at excessive speed.

The motorcyclist died on scene. He was in his 30s. The driver of Camry has minor injuries.

Police have not yet released the name of the deceased crash victim.
