KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police are looking for some bold thieves who stole bulletproof vests, stun guns and other items from a Riverside, Mo., supply store on Thanksgiving.

The owners of Riverside Survival Supply Store opened for business only five months ago, according to Jennifer Gonzales, the general manager.

Gonzales says the thieves threw a huge chunk of concrete through the front glass windows and then stole several bulletproof vests on display, stun guns, a large number of folding knives, among other items.

An indoor surveillance camera at a nearby liquor store took a clear shot of two men walking away from the supply store with a handful of items.

The owners have now invested in their own security camera and Gonzales says the plan to put up security bars on their windows.
