KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A family friend has identified the teen mom, boyfriend and baby gunned down in their East 84th Street home Tuesday night as Bianca Fletcher, Shannon Rollins Jr. and baby Joseph. On Friday, police confirmed these victims’ names and said Fletcher was 17-years-old. Rollins was 18, and would have had a birthday on Sept. 12.

The Raytown South High School Senior’s little brother found the three dead. Unsure what to do, he ran to a neighbors for help.
“He was basically like completely traumatized,” neighbor Justin Washington said.
He told Washington his Dad was at work and began to run back toward the home, Washington followed.
“As soon as I walked in the house I already knew. It’s just a sad situation they were lifeless, there was nothing, no paramedic, nothing could be done,” Washington said.
Police arrived and Washington was finally able to calm the boy down enough so he could talk to them. Not that he could understand the seeming senseless crime either.
“I was disgusted it was horrible. I just can’t even understand why people would even try or do that to a human let alone to a child,” he said.
Wednesday a memorial grew in front of the Kansas City, Missouri home dedicated to the victims.
“They loved each other so much because he played around with little Joseph so much and they were actually so happy together,” family friend Brandon Wahnon, 17, said. “He was like a brother to me they were all like family.”
He, like many close to the family, have their suspicions about who could be responsible and what role a recent Facebook post could have played in all of it.
