KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police reported that at about 1:50 p.m. Thursday an officer located Parker Sinclair after the 16-year-old fled from an area near Children’s Mercy Hospital at 24th and Gillham Rd., at about 6:10 Thursday morning.
Parker G. Sinclair’s mother feared he was a danger to himself.
An officer located Parker Sinclair walking near Linwood and Olive at about 1:50 p.m. He was safe and they thanked everyone for their assistance.
