Bacon chicken wraps

Ingredients:
1 pound of sliced bacon
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken tenders (or breasts)
2/3 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chunk up chicken into bite size pieces. Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each chicken piece with a piece of the bacon and pin with a toothpick. Mix brown sugar with chili powder. Dredge each wrapped chicken piece through the mixture thoroughly coating each piece.
Coat a rack with cooking spray and place in a foil covered cookie sheet with edges (easy clean-up with the grease from the bacon). Place chicken wraps on the rack and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done and bacon is crispy!
Serve warm or at room temperature.
If you like things spicier, use cayenne (not as much) in the brown sugar mixture and skip the chili powder for extra sweet heat.
These are yummy good and easy to make! Good right out of the oven or at room temperature! If there are any left, you can warm them in the microwave.
