SCRANTON, Penn. — The 11:00 newscast on WNEP was normal Monday night, except for a couple of bears who invaded the set.
The station uses a backyard weather garden, and the bears appeared just before the main forecast during the 11:00 show. Meteorologist Kurt Aaron scrambled to come inside and present his forecast from the studio. Cameras rolled as the bears wandered around the set.
