KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Northland couple says that they have been living in fear from their neighbor, who was at the center of a bomb-scare earlier this week.
Now, the alleged bomb-maker, Joe Radmacher, is speaking out about the situation, and he says that the idea of him making a pipe bomb is “the silliest thing I’ve ever heard.”
