KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Hockey League will be returning to the Sprint Center this fall, as the New York Rangers will take on the Colorado Avalanche in preseason action.

The game is scheduled for Saturday, October 6th. Tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, May 11.

The Rangers are currently tied with the Washington Capitals at two games apiece in the NHL Eastern Conference semifinals. The Avalanche finished the regular season with a 41-35-6 record and out of the playoff race.
