KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Tracey Patch was diagnosed in February of 2014 with triple negative breast cancer and come this Thanksgiving, she will be two years cancer free.
On Thursday, Oct. 27 Tracey visited FOX 4 to share her advice for those battling cancer. Tracey, who said she had always been active, says her advice is to start slow, use resources and focus on nutrition. She even brought one of her biggest resources, Liz Kampschroeder of Lazer Sharp Fitness, with her to elaborate how important it is for breast cancer patients to stay focused on their fitness.
