SHAWNEE, Kan.– A 36-year old Shawnee man is charged in Johnson County with breach of privacy because investigators say he sent out nude or sexual pictures of a person over 18-years of age.
The picture dissemination allegedly happened on Sept. 12, 2016. Justin Kelly’s bond was set at $10,000.
