KANSAS CITY, Mo. — There’s always a new exercise trend or gadget to help people lose weight. But the most popular trend might be tackling a slim down all by yourself.
A survey by the watch company Timex found a two-thirds majority prefer to work out alone.
Out of 1,200 adults aged 24 to 44, 77 percent of the people surveyed said they avoid the gym and run or lift weights at home.
Biking and hiking were also favorites for outdoor activities.
