KANSAS CITY, MO – The federal government is publicizing the cost of care for Medicare patients at each hospital in hopes of cutting down on excess care and improving efficiency.
FOX 4 Medical Reporter Meryl Lin McKean says in the Kansas City area there’s a wide difference between the hospital with the lowest average cost and the one with the highest.
