Pitmaster Champion, Troy Black, is the guy talk to about BBQ!
Troy will host a BBQ throwdown at the Sam’s Club at 8300 W. 135th St. in Overland Park.
The competition will be held from 11am to 4pm. Troy will also sign copies of his new book and offer up some BBQ tips. Be sure to pick up his latest book, “All Fired Up.”
