KANSAS CITY, Mo. — When thinking about Halloween safety, it’s easy to overlook your pets.  However, they are the most vulnerable to the horrors of Halloween.

Tori Fugate, the manager of marketing and development for the Kansas City Pet Project, was a featured guest on Tuesday’s FOX 4 Morning Show and she gave some advice to help make sure your pet(s) don’t get spooked and stay safe during the scariest night of the year.
