KANSAS CITY, Mo. — HSPCA stopped by FOX 4 on Saturday morning. Viewers were introduced to Buddy. He’s a five-year-old cat who needs a little extra attention.
Buddy is diabetic which means he requires two insulin shots a day. A home where Buddy is the only pet would probably work best.
